I worked out with a trainer today, am aiming to do a session a week for a while to get on the ball and she told me to eat more protein.
Now on a red day that will be a snap, but does anyone have any suggestions for green days as quorn is much lower in protein than meat? In the meantime I will start making HB eggs to take to work as I don't fancy the sound of protein shakes and her suggestion for eating nuts throughout the day will get me kicked out of SW LOL
