I worked out with a trainer today, am aiming to do a session a week for a while to get on the ball and she told me to eat more protein.

Now on a red day that will be a snap, but does anyone have any suggestions for green days as quorn is much lower in protein than meat? In the meantime I will start making HB eggs to take to work as I don't fancy the sound of protein shakes and her suggestion for eating nuts throughout the day will get me kicked out of SW LOL

You could use your HE A and B choices for nuts, meat, cheese and fish.

If I remember right, 8 brazil nuts are 1 choice for example and 113g chicken is another choice.
Cheese also is high in protein....42g low fat cheese is a HE B or a HE A as is loads of other cheese

Its quite a good idea to include some protein on a green day as its more filling long term than carbs.

That's true and so often I leave it out entirely so that would be why I am so hungry on green days! DOH!
