More syns to loose weight?

I agree with Safia - it is different for everyone. I lose better when I keep my syns between 5-10.

You just need to find the right balance and find what amount works for you.
 
I lose better when i have 10-15 a day. But people are different, it's all about trial and error x
 
I dont analyse or overthink it myself. I have never tracked losses against number of syns used so could say if I have an optimal amount for improved losses. I have as many syns as I need in a day and what will be will be on the scales. As long as I am heading in a downward direction in general, am eating healthily and enjoying my food then its all good :)
