Hi everyone, mostly last night and today I feel sooo tired and irritable, just cant seem to be bothered to do anything. Im on day 4 today, could this be carb crash? And will I feel better soon? Appreciate any advice! Thankyou.

Stick with it, you will feel so much better VERY shortly once ketosis is fully established. Its a shock to the system withdrawing from carbs but soon passes. I was ready for throwing in the towel around day 3/4 felt dreadful but now have so much energy I cant sit down!! x
