I agree with drummer...you need to fuel your body...just like a car need gas to run, your body needs food to run. Try having something light like whole wheat toast with peanut butter...and make sure you are drinking atleast 10, 8 ounce glasses of water per day...it hydrates your muscles as well as the rest of you.

I reckon a brisk 20 minute walk, some housework, some dancing or stretching wouldn't do any harm, but any serious cardio like running or HIIT of any kind or even weights need some carb input before...

I often just have a glass of water and one weetabix before I walk the dog in the morning... am ready for the other weetabix when i get back tho!
