hi ladies
well starting day 6 weigh in tomorrow hoping for a good weighloss have been very good and sticking 100% to plan, have yoyo dieted alot the last few months so fingers crossed for me tomorrow weather brillant as usual was really hot yesterday reaching 42degrees chat you all later have a brillant day wherever you are lol

I have just weighed myself and I have stayed the same :cry:but I did have a chinese last night and I went over my points I think. Next week I will be more stricter. Only 90 days before I got to Egypt. Hope you lose tomorrow. Have agood day
