Can anyone tell me what the syn values are for the banoffee, lemon curd and chocolate brownie versions of these? Or if they are HexB's?

My MIL was feeding me them over the weekend and they were lush, so have a horrible feeling they'll be quite high.

(I don't have access to the calculator online)

    Thanks! xxx

Can't see the Banoffee one but all the others are 3.5 syns on any plan, doesn't say they are a HEXB either.

They sound nice though, might have to give them a go

That's a shame about the HExB - they are lower in calories and fat than Alpen Lights, but it's probably down to the fibre again.

They aren't as "big" as Alpens although they weigh the same, it's just compressed rather than full of air. I had one for breakfast most days and wasn't even hungry by lunchtime.
