morrisons eat smart crustless quiche

Just seen them advertised in a morrisons magazine, they are eat smart quiche lorraine or cheese and onion, has anyone heard how many syns they are. I could not find them on the sw site.

i have just picked one up as i thought they wouldn't be many syns but they are 12½ syns each which i think is alot so i'll get my OH to eat it

They are nice, its the pastry on the base that is the syns i guess. I used to have them on WW but will make my own from now on, its better anyway!
