Quorn mince chilli is fab :) not tried those ones mainly cos i refuse to buy ready meals

Im jus munching a giant salad with some salmon n a dollop of mayo

Cos of 2 lates a week I work I end up having 2 ready meals a week, I bring veg & stuff to go with it but a whole meal doesn't transfer walking to work too well lol

ah, if you were closer id make you up some yummy soup to wack in a flask to take with you :) x

I do that for lunch, on a Monday I am here from 12-10 so 2 meals needed

what bout a tuperware tub with some salad in it and a piece of fish, or boiled egg or some sliced meat? x
