Yikes, 10 syns & that's with courgettes as free food.

Or 11.5 syns with no free food. I think I'd be giving them somebody else to eat

WTF?! I've just sat down with one for my tea. Is it any diff with sweet potato as the free food?
Just checking but you did put in the saturates and not just the fat?! Sorry to ask, just shocked!

I had put fat in & not saturates, but just put in saturates & it's the same results.

I can't find sweet potatoes on the list:(

Are they coated in breadcrumbs? That's what makes bean burgers so high syn. Also might have a load of oil in them.

    Processed foods suck :(
