Most SW friendly meal from the chinese takeaway?

My poor husband who is being forced to follow SW along with me is begging for a Chinese take away tonight! What's the best meal I could get?

Had fruit and yoghurt for breakkie and a salad for lunch with no meat so could have red or green day.
