Motivation Technique

    Hi everyone
    seems to me that if we have enough motivation then we need no willpower, right?

    ...and that the motivation needs to be able to get you through all the many temptations that grab you on a daily basis.

    I have been trying out a slightly off the wall tactic I thought up the other week, and it's really helping me.

    I've made a video blog post - have a look-
    weight loss motivation - I hope it can help anyone else out there.

    Nice Post! Another technique that I do to motivate myself is to write down my goals, post it beside my bed and on my bathroom mirror. If you train your mind to think ONLY of your goals then you can actually get there.

    Like they say: "the body can achieve what the mind perceives"

    I try to stay motivated but it can be problem at times so any help would be great
