No Coffee, No Workee
As though I needed anything else to fire me with enthusiasm, I got another dose of it today. :flirt2:
I got to the bus stop to come home from town, and there already was a woman I used to go to Slimming World with a couple of years ago - except that I barely recognised her!
In the last 18 months she's shed seven and a half stone and gone from a size 26 to a 16. She looks absolutely a million dollars, and I told her so! She did it partly with SW, partly with WW and partly on her own.
One of the things that drew us to one another in the first place is that we both have epilepsy and have the same type - it really gives me hope that it's perfectly possible to lose weight whilst stoked up on vast quantities of anti-epileptic drugs!
So - onwards and downwards for me! If she can do it so can I!
