I've seen how far I've come. I've dropped around 2 dress sizes now and when I'm feeling like I've lost all motivation I will go and get a pair of size 12 (yipee!!) skinny jeans and put them on to see how far I've come. I also picture myself at my goal and know I will so amazing when I get there.

After exercising I know I feel really good about myself and always make sure I keep track of how much I've done.

I vary my exercise around as well so I don't get too bored. Have just had an intense 5 weeks in the gym and am now working my way through the 30 day shred. I set myself goals as well. For instance at the gym I followed c25k. I'm always working towards something then.

I take pictures of myself after every half stone I lose in a bikini (for my eyes only) so I can see the difference in my body. Also taking measurements so that I can see the difference!!! I'm not even half way through my journey yet but can already see results :)
