Extra Easy motivational buddy needed

Hi Lisa. You sound just like me, hun! We had a new kitchen fitted 2 months back and for 3 weeks we had to survive on convenience food ie, takeaways. I just haven't got back on track since. Every day starts with the best if intentions but with 3 kids (6, 4 and 5 months)- 3 school runs a day, cleaning, washing, ironing and cooking always have me running around like a headless chicken and grabbing quick, convenient and usually totally rubbish food. Then it's comfort/boredom/emotional eating from 7.30pm onwards cause I'm too tired to actually do anything constructive to take my mind off food.

Today I have actually got myself back on track after a rather nasty shock on the scales. Hope you can find the strength to keep going- if you mess up at lunch time, regaining control before dinner is better than writing the whole day (or more) off and going crazy with the choccie. Easier said than done though eh?

Hi, we even have the same name. I have a 3 year old. Kids don't help do they ? Mind you I gave my son some dried apricots and hid in the kitchen eating a kit Kat. Think I'm gonna read my old mags to find some motivation . Good luck x

As much as I love my daughters, I can't wait for my middle one to start school full time in September! She's at nursery in an afternoon so I drop DD1 off in a morning, DD2 at lunch, DD3 spends all afternoon awake and I'm back out at 3 to pick them up. Fitting in housework is a small miracle let alone cooking for myself. We nearly always have a great dinner but lunch is usually my downfall. I think my local supermarket must have record sales of pot noodles in a cup and supernoodles!!

I find it a struggle with one child so u r doing a fantastic job. My SD is starting school next September but we are ttc at the mo, I imagine when I get a bfp then sw will once again go out the window
