Moto services- green day

Hi,

I'm new to SW and this is my first week at group. We're going away for the long weekend and as we have a long drive we will need to stop at Moto services for lunch and dinner.

Can anyone suggest any free foods or low syn meals I could order? I'm veggie so it will be a green day.

lots of the moto services have M&S food shops - should be able to get a fairly low syn salad for at least one meal there. when we do long trips I try to make up a pasta salad or something i can eat whilst the boys have a burger king.

A DIY pasta salad is a great idea- that's what I'll do- thank you. If I need anything else I'll go into M&S armed with my syns calculator!
