Uuuurrrgggghhhh!

I just feel so angry with myself. I was persuaded to cheat and have a meal just one evening (just chicken and veg), and I've only lost 1.5lbs! How frustrating. I feel fat this week too - really bloated. Tips to get motivated again would be really helpful! Thanks

Hi fifi, if you only had chicken and veg you are probably still in ketosis and im sure thats not ruined anything. I'm just starting week five and feel very bloated and actually fatter than ever even though I've been 100%. I guess it must just go in cycles. Keep going and we can't fail, are there any clothes looser or you haven't been able to get in before? Well done on loss so far, just think that 1.5lb will be pure fat that you no longer carry. That's a lot when you try to lift something that heavy in your hand. Keep going, you'll get there!
