When you make the CD mousse using mix-a-mousse do you have to eat it after the 10 mins in the fridge are up or could you leave it longer (ie couple of hours)? Also could you make several of the mousse & freeze them? Would doing this affect nutrional value?

    Thanks for any info.

No idea on this one, but i have made them up into little pots in the morning, taken one to work and had the other after tea at night!!! Still tastes great....but like you, no idea about the nutrients being affected.

    sorry

If you are making from powdered shake the 15 min rule applys if you are making them from the tetra packs you can leave them longer.

Thanks to you both for your replies.

I had vanilla mousse (made with 1/2 CD sachet) at lunchtime, lovely. Vanilla & chocolate mousse are my favourites. :)
