mousse

when i was on LL they did a mousse mix but exante dont do this do any of you make a mousse with your packs and if so how.thanks.

I had the mousse with Cambridge and LOVED it - had some left and tried it with Exante but didn't work Chocolate mint mousse used to be my fav!! You may be able to do it with gelatine but that's just a guess?? xx

Could be tricky because Exante shakes go really yucky if you don't drink them within 10 minutes or so. They start separating really bad and look really disgusting.

i suppose if you whisk it LOADS.. and put it in the freezer it could become a kind of moose?
