Mousse

Just tried the mousse mix today. Was pretty good, need more water next time though it was a bit firm! Will try the ice cream tomorrow

Ditto - tried my first mousse this morning and thought the same re: texture. I'm not sure more water is the answer but less gelatine may be - I'm going to try adding half as much next time and see what happens

Good idea, I think a little experimentation is required
