Mouthwash Question!!

Hi guys!

I am now confused! I thought we were allowed listerine mouthwash - i have the green one is this allowed?

I'm worried ive ruined this week now!!

TBH I've always used whatever mouthwash I've had in the bathroom cabinet at the time. Perhaps naughty but you don't swallow it...

i have been using one with alcohol in not knowing of course and still lost 2 stone in 3 weeks although i been out today and got some dentyl alcohol free so i dont think it makes a difference but i would like to stick to it as close as possible
