Mouthwash?

On lipotrim my counseller sold me the listerine strips, but they don't seem to be available anymore

Some mouthwashes were allowed (cant remember which)....does anyone use anything? If so what?

I thought you could use any mouthwashes - as you're not swallowing them... it's like toothpaste (isn't it)?

I would assume any mouth wash would be ok as you aren't swallowing it and it doesn't get absorbed sublingually.
