MrMoJo - Saturday - Week 12

Week 12 has been another week I'd like to forget, had a major binge on Thursday (spiralled out of control).

I suppose I should be grateful that I've still managed a loss of 4lb overall. This now brings me down to 15st 5lb.

Not sure if I'm going to hit my 14 week goal of 14st 7lb, but I'm going to give it a bloody good try!!!

:D 4 lbs is a great loss considering you had a blow out on Thursday, and even if you don't quite hit your target by week 14 I think you will be pretty close to it :D xx

well done MrMojo, congrats on your weight loss, ok the slip up on thursday wasn't ideal but by the 4lb weight loss it shows you got back on the horse and look what you achieved, keep it up :D
