Mrs Edz's last stand...can you move my diary please!!!

    Well, been threatening to start a diary thread so have gone and done it...

    getting really cheesed off at the mo as have only lost 1lb in the last 3 weeks and have been as good as gold so will be totally in the dumps tomorrow if i don't loose (& it's * week! :rolleyes:).

    So.. have mostly been eating today (red day)

    B Shape yog
    L Chicken and salad roll (1 HEX B)& banana, shape yoghurt (addicted lol!)

    Am going to make the souvlaki from the magazine for dinner so

    D Lamb, Peppers, onions & new potatoes (HEXB)

    Will have a glass and wine & curly wurly for my syns (lol!)

    Hope everyone is having a good day. Had a lovely time with my son today and it makes me glad that he doesn't start full time school til next year...

    Sorry you've not lost as much as you wanted to the last couple of weeks. This might sound daft, but are you eating often enough? You need to eat often to keep your metabolism going, that's why my consultant suggests we eat a light snack between meals. I tend to have similar meals to what you have put in your list today but I have something mid morning AND mid afternoon. Either a yogurt or melon or something like that. I don't often go more than 2 hours without eating something because my metabolism is very slow :(

    I think you may be right, my OH said the same. I don't get time to eat much during the day and have to quash the urge to stuff my face in the evening...

    when I first began I never seemed to stop eating, so I must try harder!!! lol

    There's a novelty for you.. being told your not eating enough LOL

    I make the SW bacon and cottage cheese quiche and have that in the fridge. It's free on a red day so I can just grab a piece if i'm peckish

    3lb off for me this week.. about flippin time!:D:D:D:D:D:D
    Was beginning to loose the plot!

    made the souvlaki from the mag yesterday and it was really nice

    off to make the spinach gnocchi now for dinner later!

    I've used my syns today on jam. I made the couscous cake mixture with plain fromage frais and added almond essence. Put some jam in the bottom of a pyrex dish then poured the mixture on top and shoved it in the microwave. Tastes quite nice
