A sucker for a key change
After falling off the SW wagon for a year and repeatedly failing to climb back on for any longer than a day or two, I decided to reinvigorate my weight loss with a new regime.... so here I am!



Sat 16.07.11 (Day 1)


(B) 1 slice warburtons seeded, scraping of flora, marmite and fried egg (frylite) = 5

(L) 2 slice white bread, scraping of flora, tsp of ketchup and 2 back bacon = 8

(T) Sort of chilli and rice = 14

(S) WW peanut & raisin bar (2), Babybel (2) Walkers c&o 25g (3) = 7

Total = 31 and 3 weeklies


Sun 17.07.11

(B) 3x scrambled eggs = 6

(L) 2x back bacon, 2 bread, scrap of light flora = 7

(T) Roast chicken, roast pots, broccoli, carrots, 3x y.puds and gravy = 15)

(S) Banana (0), homemade blueberry and raspberry icecream (8) = 8

Total = 31 and 5 weeklies


Monday 18.07.11

(B) Sugarpuffs and milk = 5

(L) 2x warburtons wraps with salad and a sprinkle of balsamic = 8

(T) 2x WW sausages, mash, peas, gravy = 16

(S) More homemade icecream (4) and homemade meringue (1), strawberries (0) and grapes (0) = 5

Total = 31 and 3 weeklies


Tuesday 19.07.11

(B) Sugarpuffs and milk = 5

(L) 1x wrap, salad and balsamic = 4

(T) Grannies pasta (homemade tom sauce, bacon and mushrooms with fusilli) = 12

(S) 1x WW sausage (2), 1 slice of seeded bread (2), cucumber (0) with light sweet chilli philadelphia (3) and crisps (3)

Total = 31 and 0 weeklies

Wednesday 20.07.11

(B) Sugar puffs and ss milk = 5

(L) 1x wrap with left-over Grannies pasta and salad = 6

(T) Small spag bol = 12

(S) Nuts (1), plum (0), strawberries (0), grapes (0), 2x small pots of fromage frais (3), 1x warburtons seeded, pickle and cheese (4) = 8

Total = 31pp and 0 weeklies (11/49)
 
I must be losing weight as my body is desperate for me to eat and eat and eat. I am on Level 7 of the scabby horse scale!!
 
Thursday 21.07.11

(B) Sugar puffs and milk = 5

(L) Sweet chilli philli (1) toastie (4) with flora light (2), plum and pear = 7

(T) Macaroni cheese = for a whopping 23 pp

Total = 31pp and 7 weeklies (18/49)
 
Friday 22.07.11

(B) Cooked breakfast, 3x b. bacon (3), 2 eggs (4), mushrooms, 1 slice of toast (2) = 9

No lunch

(T) Dubchicks philli, sausage, bacon and potato bake (9)

(S) 6x wafer thin ham (2)

Lots of dailies and weeklies left and tomorrow is WI day/new week so special evening blowout of 119g of cookie crumble galaxy!!!!!! (18), walkers cheese and onion (5), two glasses of rose wine and diet lemonade (6)

Total = 31pp and 18 weeklies (36/49)
 
Saturday 23.07.11

(B) Sugar puffs and milk = 5

(L) 4x ryvita (4), 4x laughing cow lights (4) and 6x wafer thin ham (2) = 10

(T) Tea at mum's today so guesswork... 1 roast pot (3), tiny piece of chicken (2), 3x mini thin sausages (2), tiny portion of cheese (1) with lots of free salad = 8

Followed by tiny portion of trifle = 5?

(S) 6x wafer thin ham (2) and banana (0) = 2

Total = 30/30 dailies (new allowance) and 0/49 weeklies
 
VERY WELL DONE Mrs 7lbs is fantastic...I would kill for a cooked breakfast right now ..keep up the good work hun x
 
Sun 24.07.11

(B) Sugar puffs and milk = 5

(L) Ham sandwich (2 for ham, 4 for bread) with flora light (2) and mustard (0), cake! (4) and crisps (3) = 15!

(T) Chilli and rice = 14

(S) WW peanut & raisin bar (2), more cake (2) and alpen light (2) = 6

Total = 30 dailies + 10 weeklies (10/49)
 
Mon 25.07.11

(B) Sugar puffs and milk = 5

(L) None

(T) Luxury macaroni cheese - big portion as so gorgeous = 18 :eek:

(S) Crisps (3), banana (0), toast (2), flora light (1), p.n.b. (3) and cherry jam (2) = 11

D - 30/30

W - 4/49 (35 left)
