mrs whistle food diary- may need help!

Hello.

I am three weeks in and despite following the plan, never over 15 syns and an average of 11.5 last week, not losing. So some helpful people suggested I post a food diary.

This is yesterdays:

Breakfast: 50g bran flakes and semi milk (counted 2.5 syns for extra branflakes)
Muller light
(meant to have a banana but forgot)

Lunch: pasta with 1 desertspoon of dolmio (1 syn)
lettuce, celery, orange peppers
muller light

snack: treat size dairy milk (4 syns)
(forgot my banana again)

dinner: rice with curry sauce (from packet, 2syns) peas and onions
2 garibaldi biscuits (4 syns)

drank 2x diet pepsi and 2x pint of low calorie squash.

Am I being dense?

You're not eating a lot of superfree. Are you doing EE or Green? If its Green make sure you get enough of your HEXes - youve only got one and a bit there, so you didn't need to syn the extra bran flakes as you can have 2 HEXBs on Green. If youre doing EE its even more key to have plenty of superfree.

Theres a bit with your lunch (hard to say without actually seeing it, it could be a mammoth salad obviously) but pretty much nothing with your dinner.

What curry sauce is it that's 2 syns? Just to check you havent mixed anything up.

I would say you're not eating a huge amount (although again its hard to tell what your portions are like without piccies) and nowhere near enough superfree.
