    I've started over with SW and have decided to start a food diary this time. I haven't posted much on the forums before so hoping this will help!

    To begin with I'd like to reach my Club 10 goal by my 30th Birthday in July!

    Breakfast
    28g Bran Flakes (HEXB)
    Chopped pineapple, grapes and blueberries
    Vanilla Muller Light

    Lunch -Leftovers from last night!
    SF Chicken Curry
    Rice (with peas)
    Boiled egg

    Dinner
    Jacket potato
    SF Chilli Beans (Baked beans, red onions, chilli, fresh corriander, cumin, ginger)

    Snacks/anytime
    1 x Alpen Light - 3
    350ml Skimmed Milk - HEXA (used in coffees with sweetner)
    Crab sticks
    Banana
    Blue Ribband - 5

    Wednesday 6 April

    Breakfast
    28g Bran Flakes (HEXB)
    Blueberries
    Grapes
    Strawberries
    Vanilla Muller Light

    Lunch
    Salad made with:
    Sainsbury's crunchy salad
    Grated carrot
    Baby plum tomatoes
    Cucumber
    Beetroot
    New potatoes
    Boiled egg
    Cottage cheese
    Lean ham
    (I think that's all lol!)

    Dinner
    Baked Potato
    Quark
    2 x Chicken thighs cooked in Maggi 'sachet' (removed skin after cooking so hoping still free?!) (2 syns for maggi seasoning)
    Cherry toms
    Mini milk (1.5 Syns)

    Snacks/Anytime
    Coffee
    Vanilla Candarel
    Skimmed Milk (HEXA)
    French Fries (4 syns)
    Banana

    Total syns: 7.5 Syns

    Monday 11 April

    Had a weekend away and although I didn't pig out or 'fall off the wagon' I did have a bit to drink and a few desserts etc so hoping to make up a bit this week to at least lose 1lb and get over my half stone!

    Breakfast
    14g Bran Flakes (Half of HEXB)
    Blueberries
    Grapes
    Strawberries
    Vanilla Muller Light

    Lunch
    Salad made with:
    Lettuce
    Grated carrot
    Sweetcorn
    Kidney Beans
    Baby plum tomatoes
    Cucumber
    Beetroot
    New potatoes
    Boiled egg
    Cottage cheese
    Lean ham

    Dinner
    Honey & mustard chicken, new potatoes and green beans.
    Was a recipe I found. Replaced the creme fraiche with fat free fromage frais so no syns there. (5.5 syns for whole thing but made it for the family so will call it 2 syns)

    Snacks/Anytime
    Coffee
    2 x Vanilla Candarel (1 syn)(Thought these were free until today! Whoops:()
    Skimmed Milk (HEXA)
    Banana
    Alpen light bar (Half of HEXB)
    3 squares of milk choc (7.5 syns :sign0007:)

    Total syns: 10.5 syns

    Then managed to have a brownie after baking some for the family, doubt very much that came into my daily syns allowance. Plus I licked the bowl...:break_diet:

    That's the best thing to do and it doesn't matter how or when you update it, that's entirely up to you as long as you have a look see about anyone trying to give you a helping hand and support along the way.

    Lamb Rogan Josh - 6.5 syns (I hope, still cannot believe that...!)

    King prawn starter - kind of dry cooked in tandor so hoping free - it was to make up for my lack of cheesy peas and naan!

    Got into the habit of having a bike ride some evenings with my 9yo while hubby baths the little one. Bum getting sore but nice to get out with him and get some excersise - haven't cycled for about 15 years!

    My breakfast and lunch is always the same but I really love what I'm eating, plus I can be sure my day is 1/3 superfree and I'm getting my 5 a day :p

    Lunch:
    Ham & cottage cheese salad (same as other days!)

    Breakfast for dinner :)

    Grilled mushroom
    Scrambled egg - 1 syn for flora

    Right, been very wobbly on the plan of late. Have decided to give Red a go and try and keep a food diary to keep me focused!

    Breakfast:
    Bran flakes (HEXB)
    Strawberries
    Blueberries
    Vanilla Muller Light

    Lunch:
    2 lean rashers, 2 hard boiled eggs, baby leaf spinach leaves, grilled cherry tomatoes


    Dinner:
    SW Chicken Kiev (2.5syns)
    Brocolli
    Boiled new potatoes (HEXB)
    Vanilla Activa and a banana

    Misc:
    Whole milk in coffee (HEXA) (no skimmed in lol)
    5 x laughing cow light (HEXA)
    5 x Ryvita wholegrain crackerbread (4syns and 1 HEXB)
    4 x nutty Mikado
