    Slimming World
    :wave_cry:I'm going to try to stick to extra easy as it seems the most simple way to do it....

    1 x Alpen light choc bar 3 syns
    1 x banana
    1 x apple
    1 x satsuma
    1 x pear

    4 x sesame ryvita HEB
    Tesco healthy living cottage cheese with pineapple 0.5 syns
    cherry tomatoes

    Spag bog with extra lean beef mince
    Oxo spag bog cubes x 2
    1 x oxo beef cube
    tin of tomatoes
    tomato puree
    huge mound of spaghetti
    2 x slices of asda garlic bread 10 syns

    1 large glass of white wine 6 syns

    sugar fee squash TOTAL 19 SYNS

    First day went okay, however gulped when I saw how many syns were in the garlic bread slices! First mistake and its huge......:cry: So I'm 4 syns over on my first day. Going to try and plan better tomorrow.
