Muddy food - with occasional pics!

Thanks, I weigh most days, I'm terrible, I just can't help myself haha

Proper weigh in will be Monday though when I actually take note of whether I've lost or not. haha

Breakfast. Mashed potato cakes with some syn free sauce and 2 mushrooms.
 
Lunch was left over carbonara and courgette.

Tea was chicken and veg stew.

Then I went to see dirty dancing at Norwich and had a scone, latte Nd a bag of chilli nuts lol.
 
Today.

Breakfast. Peanut butter on wholemeal toast.

Lunch. Picnic. (at Duxford) Made sure I packed a big salad bowl. Potato salad. Sarnies. Fruit. No doubt over syns and I'm out tonight drinking!

But I've been good all week and have lost my hol weight! :)

Really struggling this week to get,back into it. If I carry on like I have been I will be creeping back up to 10 and I don't want too! Determined to stay under 10!
