aaargh. well i might try once more, but i can't keep throwing my shakes away!! i keep needing replacements. she's going to think i'm selling them on the sly!! ha.

I crush 2 sweetners in a ramekin add all the pack less 1 /2 teaspoon, add 30mls water and mix it up then cook it in the microwave for 1 min. add a little hot water to the left over pack to make like a sauce! Yummy!!!

Does it really need the Splenda? I really want to try this but have no Splenda.

I dont use sweeteners in my muffins, find them plenty sweet enough. Give it a go without Seaneen & see what you think

I used to do that on Ll when I couldnt eat two packs... i used to make muffin and put vanilla custard on it.... was liek eating stodge!!!! very filling

I tried it it was awful!!! Looked like poo! was not nice think it was tad burnt! I tasted it and it was very salty???
