only jsut found them and heard they were free, cant find them online can anyone tell me which ones are free and which ones are syned thanks

i'm not entirely sure, but i'm 99% sure that any of them that have 1% on them are free, and the 2%, 3% etc are synned - but not highly

beki, thats what i thought so i bought the less than 1% fat ones however the other ones look yummy too!

On the subject of mugshots if anyone is interested thay are 39p in heron foods.

The mug shot noodles - Spicy sweet 'n sour and chow mein are definintely free on green. I think the chicken ones are too but I'm not 100% sure, I don't eat them cause they're not veggie. The cheese ones are synned. I'll check for you now.
