Puddings Muller light and rice

I have just rejoined slimming world, trying to do things differently so I don't repeat mistakes of the past. Eaten loads today -all on plan. Just had muller light vanilla with chocolate sprinkles with some cold, boiled pudding rice and raspberries. Is pudding rice free??? I think it should be but this was so nice I feel it can't be!!

Yes obviously not on original thou... Try the banana & custard muller with it, its my favorite! x
