Muller rice. I had apple one. I checked the ap as i had worked it out as 5.5 with the 20 cal rule but the ap says 10.5. Surely this is wrong. 108 calories.

A mini apple muller rice is 5, but yeah the website says:

Mullerice, Apple, Low Fat, 190g pot

How many grams were in the pot?

You right i worked it out wrong. Pot says 100g 108 cals. Just not got my head around this. Thanks. X
