Multivitamins???

On week three and feeling very lightheaded!! Just been reading about this and it says that I could be depleted in essential minerals. I know the CD products contain the RDA of these but with all the water I could be flushing these away??

I'm debating whether to take an additional multivitamin daily to see if this helps? Assuming it doesn't take me out of ketosis??

What do you think?
 
This goes against the standard advice from Cambridge, but I had the same problem, which resolved when I started supplementing salt, about 2000mg each day. I use normal cheap boullion cubes to make a sodium-rich broth. I got this recommendation from The Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate Living, and it immediately solved my problem. No effect on weight loss, either.
 
I actually enjoy it! It tastes like soup, or clear broth. I add more water than you would for soup base, so it's not quite as salty.
