Beating yourself up about it will just make you do it all the more.... from someone who knows! Can't change it now anyway it is done, you will move onwards and upwards x

May have gained but lost inches :D

Well those that read yesterdays post I was really upset with myself for falling off wagon & having a takeaway.
I knew I would have a gain of about 1-2lbs so was dreading this mornings weigh in but I can say Im actually surprised as I only gained half a pound :)
I also measured myself and despite my naughtiness yesterday, I've still lost an inch off my waist & hips hehe :D
This has give me the motivation to stick 100% next week & I will be increasing my exercise :)
So to all of you that have STS or gained, measure yourself - you may have lost it in inches not pounds hehe

I'm on here most days thanks to the wonder of the iPhone app :D I'll be doing that with you although probably do more exercise as I have just ordered some kettlebells as well as my gym workouts!

Have walked today for 30 mins & going to do 30 mins workout dvd after kids are in bed :)
Food wise I've been nearly 100% good lol I went over by 9 syns today because I had a hot dog at a BBQ earlier.
I aint got no weights but have ordered a pouch for my fone so I go running :D

Week 4 Day 1

After a disappointing end to last week I've tried starting week 4 on a more positive note :)
Today has been a good day but was invited at last minute to a birthday party and they had a BBQ going.
I'd already had a cup a soup but was still hungry while there so had a hot dog lol.
Have done plenty of exercise so not worrying to much :)

So today I ate

Breakfast - Porridge (HEXB) and 1tsp chocolate spread (1.5 syns)

Dinner - Slim a soup (2.0 syns)
Hot Dog (20 syns :mad:)

Tea - Jacket Spud with Chopped tomatoes
and side salad with 1tbsp extra light mayo (0.5 syns)

Total - 24 syns (not good start to week 4 lol:rolleyes:)

I've not eaten much today but that can only be a good thing ;) running is a good all rounder, good luck! X
 
Well Ive worked out I am only having 5 syns tomorrow to make up for today lol. Having steak for sunday dinner so will only need to syn my gravy :D
 
Well so much for synning only my gravy yesterday lol I did however only go over by a syn so not too bad.
So yesterday I ate

Week 4 Day 2

Breakfast - Porridge (HEXB + HEXA) with 1 tsp chocolate spread (1.5 syns)

Dinner - Beef Steak, 1 sausage (5 syns), Mashed potatoes, sweetcorn, roast potatoes (homemade with frylight), 200ml onion gravy (3 syns)

Tea - Ham pasta salad made with extra light mayo (0.5 syns)

Drinks - Black coffee + 1 glass of red wine (6 syns-thought it was 5 thats why I had a glass lol)

Total - 16 syns (only 1 syn over :S)

Exercise - 30 mins cardio box :D


Planning on walking down to supermarket today (day3) which takes about 30-45 mins :D
 
Week 4 Day 3 EE

Been a good day for me today :) Woke up refreshed & motivated after yesterdays exercise :)
Started off today with a walk to new supermarket thats opened in our area, which took about 45 mins :D
Stocked up on some SW goodies & bought Slimming World magazine hehe.
Food wise I have eaten sensibly & even resisted an apple donut lol. Am looking forward to my bedtime drink has Ive bought myself some Bovril too hehe :D
So today I have had

Breakfast - Porridge (HEXA + HEXB) & 1tsp chocolate spread (1.5syns)

Dinner - 3 egg omelette with ham & 1tbsp extra light mayo (0.5 syn)

Tea - 3 Fish Fingers (6 syns), SW chips, Mushy Peas & 2 tbsp extra light mayo (1 syn)

Snacks - Shape 0% mango yoghurt

Drinks - 2 Teas (HEXA + low cal sweetners)
Diet lager shandy
Bovril

Total syns - 9 :p
 
Week 4 Day 4 Extra Easy

Had rather busy day yesterday then found a new games website last night so totally forgot to write my food diary (tut tut):eek:

Well Im very pleased with myself again, stayed on plan 100% & did 30 mins of Cardio Box :)

So yesterday I had

Breakfast - 2 weetabix (HEXA & B) and sliced banana on top.

Dinner - Ham salad. Ham, lettuce, tomatoes, beetroot, 1 boiled egg, celery & 2 tbsp extra light mayo (1 syn)

Tea - Spaghetti Bolognese (2.5 syns) with pasta & side salad.
0.5oz cheddar cheese grated over bolognese (3 syns)

Drinks
3 cups of tea (milk used from HEXA)
Bovril


Exercise
30 mins Cardio Box

Total syns - 6.5 :D

Been a fairly good day today but went over by 1 syn :(
I did however go to Clumber Park this morning & spent about 2 hours walking round there :D

Today I have eaten

Dinner - Ham salad sandwich (10 syns)

Tea - Chicken in oyster sauce with boiled rice (4.5 syns)

total syns - 16
 
Did you make your chicken in oyster sauce or was it take out?
 
It was a take out :D Naughty but very nice :)
 
Have been 100% today although at one point today I thought I'd gone over by 1 syn but had calculated the curry sauce wrong lol.
Today I had

Breakfast - 2 slices of toast (HEXB) with 2tsps of chocolate spread on them (3 syns)

Dinner - Ham & mushroom omelette with 2 tbsp extra light mayo (1 syn)

Tea - Homemade chicken tikka masala (10 syns) with brown rice & side salad

Snacks - Banana

Drinks - Tea, Diet shandy

Total syns - 14
 
Week 4 Day 7 - Extra Easy

Another good day today and stayed on plan 100% :D
Decided to change room round with partner and didn't realise how much junk the kids accumulate lol.
Today I have eaten

Breakfast - Weetabix (HEXA & B) with sliced Banana on top

Dinner - Baked Potato with Baked Beans & bacon with a side salad (used 2 syns for marg)

Tea - Ham & Mushroom omelette with SW chips and 2 tbsp extra light mayo (1 syn)

Drinks - Tea
Caramel Options (2 syns)

Total syns - 5 :D

Weigh in tomorrow so lets hope I've lost hehe :)
