Well i lost 2lb bit gutted tbh , I've really tried and began exercising this week! Hoping for a bigger loss next week! Xxx

2lb is great for your first week, I only lost 1lb on my first week. The slower it comes off, the less likely it is to go back on. Good luck with it xx

If you have just started exercising some nothing then it can be water retention. Some people are just slower losers than others.

Thanks for your replies :) don't suppose any of you know how many syns cous cous is ? Like the flavoured ones u buy i'n asda ? X x

If you have your online number I would suggest that is the best place to look. From a quick search seems to be between 1/2 and 2 syns.
