oh i have bad munchies right now :rolleyes: when I exercise it stops me feeling hungry EXCEPT when I go swimming! It makes me ravenous lol i want to eat everything in my house right now.

I'm out of points but I'm going to have something so I don't go to bed hungry, just going to borrow the points from tomorrow.
 
3 things I do for this;

1 - Cherry tomatoes, brilliant
2 - Any frozen 0 point veg? Whack it in the micro, 5 mins and you#'ll have a bowl full!
3 - A bowl of sugar free jelly in the fridge for when you need it

Any of them should hopefully help :)
