Mushrooms ideas

    Got huge mushrooms for my tea but looking for ideas, anyone ever cooked these with low fat cheese melted over them with bacon wrapped round, just need to work out the pp for this but looking for other ideas.

    Hey!

    I made stuffed mushrooms the other nite...i stuffed them with a mix of:

    50g cous cous, garlic, 30g low fat soft cheese, salt, pepper and herbs...topped with a sprinkle of low fat cheese, sprayed with low cal spray and baked for about 15mins on 180c...delish!

    Tonight ive got some huge big portobellos and im gonna stuff them with a tuna mix...not tried it yet so dunno how it will be but tuna, low fat soft cheese, garlic, herbs, breadcrumbs and topped with low fat cheese...cant wait to try these!

    Let me know if you come up with anything else :)

    P.S. my other half loved the cous cous stuffed ones i made the other nite - he couldnt believe they were "diet food" lol xx

    I had the tuna ones last night they are AMAZING!! definetly would recommend giving them a go, OH loved them too! Served them with macaroni cheese..

    I used:

    1 tin drained tuna in brine
    50g low fat soft cheese
    2 handfulls of spinach
    salt
    pepper
    a LOT of garlic lol
    mixed herbs
    and about 5g of low fat cheese on top of each..

    nom nom nom!
