    Are they allowed during AAMW??

    Can you all tell I am sooooo looking forward to it....come one Sunday hit me!!!! :D

    If AAM is 810 then yes they are allowed... But they are not allowed on Sole Source+... I dont know which guidelines AAM follow,

    I thought AAM was the list on SS+, is it not??

    Penny, you can have mushrooms when you're on SS for your aam week.
    I'll find the details of the veggies you're allowed and post it for you.:D

    green salad leaves eg. roquette, lambs lettuce watercress, raddiccio, little gem/romain lettuces.

    celery, cucumber or red raddishes

    courgettes or marrow

    broccoli, cauliflower or any cabbage including pickled cabbage.

    spinach, kale, turnip or taro tops

    asparagus, fennel and celeriac, mushrooms

    chinese leafy greens such as pak choi or chinese cabbage.

    don't add salt or fat but add herbs and a bit of stock if you want.

    Hi girls, according to my Cambridge book if you're doing the new Cambridge diet (i.e SS, SS+, 810 etc) then the AAMW after 12 weeks is the 810 plan and mushrooms are allowed. Not sure about the other AAMW which happens in week 5 but i don't think that the quantities are the same as either 810 or SS+. Hope that helps a wee bit?:D
