Ok so i tried to keep a diary a few weeks ago but didnt have the internet at home and found it difficult to blog at work, but now we are up and running so here i am:). I dont go to group simply cant afford it, so i go it alone!! I have read a few peoples diaries and can see the support on here is fantastic, so if people read my diary and see any mistakes please tell me!! Any feedback would be welcome
so here we go!!

Extra Easy - Monday 8 Nov 10

Breakfast - 2xbrown bread (HEB), Scrambled Egg
Snack - Banana
Lunch - F/free supernoodles,Shape Zero Yoghurt, Melon.
Snack - Apple
Dinner (Hopefully!) Salmon, Boiled pots and mixed veg

HEA Milk through the day in tea
Syns - 2 x boiled sweets 2??:confused:
Shape Choc dessert - 5.5

Total syns 7.5

i seem to be eating all the time !!!!

Breakfast - Porridge HEB made up with HEA Milk
Snack - Banana
Lunch - Tomato Pasta Mugshot, Two small slice Brown bread, Shape Zero
Snacks - Apple, Kiwi, Melon & Grapes
Dinner - Steamed Haddock, SW wedges, Salad.

Syns

Maybe a few bolied sweets 2 syns

Dinner - Beef Stew made with Swede, Pots, leeks & onions

weighed today lost 1 1/2 pound, pleased with that!!

Breakfast - 28g cheese with 2 small slices wholemeal bread

Had an awful weekend, really fell of the wagon but i have until Thursday to try and put things right!!

Monday 15 Nov
Extra Easy
Breakfast - 2 small slices wholemeal bread
Snack - Banana
Lunch - Tin of Spag, Shape Zero
Snacks - Apple, Mugshot
Dinner -
Chicken breast wrapped in Bacon, with a Quark and Garlic centre, SW Wedges and mixed veg

No syns for me, used them all on the weekend!!

Weigh day today, put 1/2 pound back on which really isnt bad considering the rubbish i have eaten!! Back on it 100% now!!

Thursday 18th Nov

Lunch - F/free Supernoodles, Shape Zero
Snacks - Apple,
Dinner -
Not Sure Yet??
