So it's the first time I'm making one of my orders for a birthday cake since re-starting WW.

It's in the oven and smells soooooo nice! It's my fave, a white chocolate mud cake! Usually I'd put all the carved off bits from evening out onto a plate and munch them later (if the kids don't get to it first!) but I know I can't!! Way too fatty!!
Worst of all it's that time of the month and all I want to eat is sweet stodgy stuff. It's going to be sooo hard to resist!

I shall be getting a slice of it on Friday, thank god that it's nearly time to refresh my weekly points because one slice is going to make a rather large dent!!

Some help and motivation or general telling offs would be good right now :)
