Hi, I have just been to ASDA and bought a bottle of mustard.

I plan to have a small tsp tomorrow when I am on day 3, am I allowed mustard or is it just the powder?

Please somebody help me out, cheers :)

I haven't actually touched the mustard yet! Lol

It's in a squirty bottle and it says 'sugar' in the ingrediants. So I don't know what to do.

I might ask my LLC on thursday :)

Stear clear - mustard in jars is fine though :)

Im glad you said! I put abit on my tuna yesterday and it was too strong!

Extra light mayo? Low fat dips? Salad dressings fat free? Ok? Hopefully.
