MustTryHarder is really going to try harder!!

Hi everyone!!
Well, this is my attempt at giving myself a good hard kick in the backside!! My weight has tended to fluctuate for years- to silly extremes in both directions. I now find myself back on the wrong side of feeling comfortable with myself and need to do something about it.

I am actually hugely into my exercise but my problem is food!! I enjoy healthy food but either have far too much of it or eat very healthily and then completely lose it and eat everything in sight. I am also very much an emotional eater!! I was this cycle to stop now as it's doing my head in!!

I have no idea how much i weigh as i learnt a long time ago that focusing on the numbers does me no good. I don't have huge amounts to lose, maybe a stone? Most of all, i want to get on an even keel with healthy eating. I would really appreciate any support you can offer to help keep me on track!!
