Must've all been in my head

yea and constantly writing down my food diary and seeing that im nearly up to my points then i felt deprived lol. i just add up my calories in my head now x
 
that's why i prefer slimming world, I can eat as much as like as long as it's on plan. :)

WW didn't work for me for that reason!
 
I hate diet plans, this is the first one that I have been able to "stick to" because you arent limited on actual foods only the amount of fat in foods.
I have enough food restrictions due to allergies and intollerances as it is. SW worked for me years ago before I found out about them, but It doesnt work now.
