OK, THE PLAN: This is for my own sake really - something for me to look back at should I wander off the intended path... ho hum....
*Knock off the milk and sugar in my coffee. I started that yesterday and it didn't kill me.
*Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
*Avoid grains. This is something particular to me. Not something I'd necessarily recommend in general. I have an autoimmune disorder and I've had to accept, (reluctantly, because I love bread at least occasionally) that I just don't handle grains well! That includes rice and all gluten free grains. My GP suggested I give this a good 3 month trial and that starts today.
*Eat plenty of fresh veges, protein and good fats. I can also use nut flours for baking.
*Weigh in weekly, update my tickers, and write in my diary daily.

Day 2 is in the bag....easier than expected because I've come down with a bug that's kept me sick in bed pretty much all day!
I've only eaten 1/2 a pear, and drunk plenty of water & vitamin C.
Hope to feel better tomorrow and to get in a decent walk on the beach if possible.
