Hello
I've set myself a new challenge (starting tomorrow) to lose 2st in 12 weeks. I often have big weight losses and can still drop 5lb+ a week when I'm 100% so I know it's possible.
My bootcamp instructor has set me up a fb page (link in my sig) where I'm going to daily update with recipes,food & exercise logs and weekly photos.
