My 1st stone gone yipeeee

Hi all
as you can guess from title i have lost my 1st stone since starting ww, am so pleased total loss is 1stone 1lb to be exact am over the moon first time i have ever really stuck to a diet and still want to keep going...

am so pleased with myself having a bowl of cart dor light

Well done you how long has it taken to loose that much ?

Thanks And 7 weeks that was including Christmas and I can honestly say I never missed out a thing and enjoyed Xmas and still lost!
Just ate in moderation am 100% now tho as want to lose more a bit quicker so being more focused
