my 1st TS weigh in......

I loss 9lb!!! dispite STS for 3 days. I'm now in the 14's yay, so including my WW loss I'm down just over 4.5 stone!!.

Scales are packed away in my hubby's fortress (garage) until next Saturday, as weighing everyday has caused me some stress this week.

Looking forward to week 2 xxx

P.S Nic if you try to text me you'll get my hubby today as he's pinched my phone cause his is broken xx
