My 1st Weigh In

    Today I had my first weigh in, after only really doing the plan properly for 2 days and I lost 1lb!

    It's not mega amounts, but it's a start. Have ended up going off plan tonight after a bit of a day at work but I'll be back on tomorrow, and as long as I do go back on properly and don't let deviating for one day affect the rest of the week :)

    Feel properly chuffed with a pound though - bit by bit as they say :)
