My amazing losses

    Hi from the 25th April to 2nd June I have lost 22lbs Eek! my losses are week 1 - 5lb
    week 2 - 4lbs
    week 3 - 2lbs
    week 4 - 2lbs
    week 5 - 3lbs
    week 6 - 6lbs Double Eek!!!!

    You would think is she on cambridge???? Nope, 3 meals a day and lots and lots of exercise and training :) I am astonished!!!!!

    Lots and lots of exercising, strict food too but it doesn't matter what way you go to lose weight as long as you get there!!! :)

    3 and half stone left to lose, wanted to go lower but I think i will be a nice size at 11stone as I have alot of muscle mass now :)
